・Ear cleaning is a very delicate task to remove dirt and other debris in front of the eardrum.
Please cooperate by not moving your head during the treatment.

The work content and completion of the treatment may vary depending on the customer.
For customers with a lot of earwax, we may consult with you about the area you would like to have cleaned.
Depending on the condition of your skin, it may become red (usually heals in 3-4 days) or, in rare cases, bleed.
Do not touch red areas. If there are cuts or scabs, we will confirm with you before proceeding with the treatment.
・We do not usually clean the eardrum or the area around it, as this may violate the Medical Practitioners Act.
We cannot clean areas that the camera cannot reach because they are dangerous and cannot be seen.
Even if we clean visible areas, we may not be able to meet your request at our discretion.
・If you feel any abnormality in your body or feel unwell during the treatment, please let us know immediately.
・We may post photos and videos of your ear anonymously on social media.
